Space Shuttle Endeavor at KSC Pad 39A

I believe there are only going to be two more Shuttle launches. Endeavor, as pictured, on April 29th of this year and Atlantis on June 28th of this year. Endeavor will deliver the Express Logistics Carrier-3 (ELC-3) and the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS) to the International Space Station (ISS). This is history folks!

  1. Yes.....SST has been a big part of the last 30 years. They have made a lot of mistakes....but done some good science also. We have yet to see what will replace this vehicle to carry the load for NASA. I sorta wish you could have been there for a launch.....might be neat. Thanks for the pics....

  2. That would be worth another trip back down to Kennedy Space Center, to see the last launch. Glad to see your having a good time.
