Located off the coast of the Island of Key West, Sunset Key is a resort island for the rich and famous. The Island is privately held among its residents. The single family homes start from a value of $1.5 Million. The Island is only accessible by a shuttle boat that runs from the Westin Marina out to the Island. The Island residents really run into problems during hurricane watches though as it is only 6 feet above sea level.
It does not appear that the Oil Spill that happened last year has affected the Sea Water here.
Wish I had a couple houses to sell??? Looks beautiful though...
